WordTheatre®, dubbed “the short story performance specialists” by The Sunday Times, presents a special tribute at the Small Wonder Festival– with sponsorship by EFG– to Stefan Zweig, the author who inspired Wes Anderson’s The Grand Budapest Hotel. Renowned  actors will embody Zweig’s depictions of early 20th Century Europe, performing his delicate prose with the reverence and enthusiasm that this author, once considered the most popular in the world, demands.

Performances by:

MyAnna Buring (Ripper StreetDownton Abbey)

Amanda Donohoe (Emmerdale, Murder City, L.A. Law)

Matthew Beard (Imitation Game, One Day, The Riot Club)

Directed by Cedering Fox. Produced by Kirsty Peart and Cedering Fox.
